Employee Resources

Federal and New Jersey laws provide legal rights and protections to New Jersey employees through anti-discrimination laws, protected medical leave rights, whistleblower retaliation protection and other employment laws. The Smith Eibeler Employee Resources was created to inform New Jersey employees of their legal rights and to provide access to the many legal resources that can be found on the internet. After reviewing our website, if you have a question about whether a potential workplace situation is in violation of federal or state law, please contact us to discuss the specific facts of your potential matter with one of our New Jersey employment lawyers.
